Cheers to a new year! We have a feeling it’s going to be a good one. To start off 2018 in the best possible way, we’re launching 30 Days of Mindful Movement—a monthlong YouTube challenge with videos led by some of the very best yoga teachers to help you set intentions, work on mindfulness and just feel more awesome, strong and centered in general. This week’s theme is resolutions (next up: energy, mindfulness and strength), so can move into the new year with a positive mindset.

We’re kicking things off with a 30-minute flow led by yogi Caley Alyssa.
