That’s right, we’re launching another 30 Days of Mindful Movement YouTube yoga class series on April 23 specifically to help you reset for spring. Each day for a month, we’ll release a new 30-minute flow centered around one of four weekly themes: spring cleansing, new growth, fresh energy, and a strong start. Yogis Caley Alyssa, Josh Kramer, Briohny Smyth, Koya Webb, Andrew Sealy, Caitlin Turner and Alissa Kepas will guide you through flows designed to help detox, balance, strengthen, energize and more, so you can start fresh, on and beyond the mat.
