Advanced yogis, take note. Full standing bow is an amazing multitasker of a pose that simultaneously improves balance, increases flexibility and builds strength. As one of the 26 poses practiced in Bikram yoga, it also increases circulation to the heart and lungs, and it’s great for the spine. If you can’t achieve a complete straight line, keep a bend in your lifted leg while still reaching for the ankle. Follow the tips below to watch your full standing bow take off.
